Every theory has contradictions including Feminism

There this very interesting paper on a website on contradictions of feminism. Specifically contradictions concerning abortion and feminism. First the definition of feminism is provided, which is according to dictionary.com " belief in the social, political and economic quality of the sexes". She further states, " When a woman terminates a pregnancy, she is putting her child under treatment which is strickingly simliar to the way she was once treated, taking from it what is duly its own- respect, freedom of choice and life". Therefore what I feel that is arguing is if feminists know how it feels to be oppressed and do not have all the freedom in the world, why would they deprive their baby's rights? Women fight for equality but I think it is safe to argue that feminists have lost the essence of why they were battling and simply what to fight about what is convinient for them.
